Pep will have a say in the next city manager
I’m commenting this before the video starts but I think this is Kompany’s opportunity to show what he can do with a top team and maybe he can take that city job after Bayern Munich if he does well.
this will be great experience for Vinny to get the big job at City, eventually!
As much as I would like to have in after pep departs, he is still raw. I’d like him to take Bayern job first then join us after European experience.
I believe Kompany will cook with good players, but in case he fails, I dont want that to be at City
I'm saying Vincent will be a success at bayern Munich, he learned his football under pep
I think Cesc Fabregas can also be a potential option
This whole Pep has final say thing is absolutely bs… This team has an amazing hierarchy and structure. They decide. Pep can have an opinion but cant have THE authority to make the decision.
Moyes was a good shout for the rags, only thing is that as united needed a rebuilt, rags fans expected better .. did not realise what a mess they were in.
I would like someone who can virtually maintain what Pep has done style wise. As close to Pep as possible
For Tuchel I think the fall off is his fault, not entirely but quite a bit.
I watched some of the games last year when he took over Bayern cause my mate is a Chelsea (and Tuchel) fan and Bayern didn't look great when he took over.
Personally I think the players saved him on more than one occasion from individual brilliance rather than solid tactics.
If Kompany does get the job, I hope he does do well and cook.
From the incredibly low bar Tuchel has left him with, If Bayern come out of the season with a Trophy (any Trophy) and they have a good league run playing good looking football then the season will be a success and the fans would praise him for getting them back on track.
If Kompany accepts I think its a pretty big risk but if it succeeds he's be rewarded greatly.
As for our manager after Pep assuming the worst and he doesn't sign an extension
Xabi (leverkusen)
Ancelotti (if Xabi goes Madrid then Ancelotti could come City and manage another blue premier league club)
Inzaghi (Inter, cooked in Italy and held us down to 1 goal in the UCL final)
Míchel (Girona, got them challenging in Spain without spending like any money. A couple more quality players and they could have challenged and end the season 2nd at least)
Nagelsmann (Germany National team, I think he's still a good manager)
But if the board have other ideas then I'll trust them
I think there are a lot of good managers out there, just convincing them to come to City
If we got Ancelotti as a coach Lee gunner would be so mad😂
LB - you need to change the video post picture of yourself mate - you look like you're just coming to from a 3-day bender lol
If Kompany REALLY wants City & Bayern think they can get Xabi Alonso in a year, maybe they’ll just part on mutual consent. Win-Win for everyone
The Leicester Manager ex City knows Pep system
that's not news on Bernardo .. we all knew he had a release cause .
Surprised if Bernardo goes ..
That’s who I want
Hopefully pep stays for another few years. Then gives Vinny time to grow as manager at Bayern.
Would love to see him one day come back to city. 🐐
What if we take Ancelotti for two years then get Kompany after (if he does well)
He won’t be knocked out in the group stage as there isn’t one next year.
He had Burnley players and Burnley funds to manage with, at bayern he's got the backing to play the football he wants to play, I think he will smash it
I would take Michel Sanchez from Girona
🍻
I love Kompany but…. whoever is after Pep its gonna be a decline regardless
Arteta in 2026 to make it 6 in arow for city
Bayern can see how special he is
2 year let's see how he does at Munchen
He will definitely try to take walker ,he's got sane who knows how special he is.
Come on he will always be our vinny
Lets try get pep 2-3 more years then get el capitan back for the next era
Julian Nagelsmann, he is good.
It's good that Vincent is going to a smaller club to get the experience before he manages City.
(Let's see who can't take a joke...)😜
Smaller club that has more champions leagues then you lot 😆😆😆😆😆😆
City fan here but come on bro put respect on Bayern name they are a way bigger club than us we still have a few more years to catch up to them bro city fans don’t disrespect other clubs we stay in our lane
@@CMSG1979 😂😂😂 you always this gullible?
@@CMSG1979 Thanks for biting....
@@MegaHerbie007 I caught one...
I dont want kompany to manage city, great player average manager
Centurions in the championship
Bro tried in the prem but the quality of squads was far too great
Kompany is better than an average manager
Give him a chance with a high quality squad before completely writing him off
Arteta had 2 years of failure with Arsenal before getting them challenging for top 4 then the league
You'd call Arteta an average manager if you went off the first 2 years in the prem and he had a way better team than Burnley
Maybe you are right and Kompany isn't right for City
But let him at least have a chance to build a solid portfolio cause you probably did think he could have been City's future manager at the start of the season
Maybe kompany after pep, but 1 years later arteta after kompany
Nagelsmann pls. He actually wins big trophies

The worst person to pick the next manager is Pep. Pep input is ok, but definitely not Pep telling us who our next manager will be. 🩵
