My humble opinion as a patriotic Cameroonians with sincere truth and nothing but truth without being offensive..let's call a spade a spade and truth be told..Yde isn't up to a capital standard compared to other African countries..Cameroon is still sleeping in terms of urban development it will take a century to be a developing country.Yde is like an urban decay city with đ -Outdated structures -Loose electrical cables in streets like a power station -Lack of maintenance -Very dirty city -Dilapidated farm track roads -Poor urbanization or town planning.. -Zero ultramodern structures and ultramodern roads to enhance the city image. A QUESTION âïž 1) Of what importance is the ministry of transport đ€? 2) Of what importance is the ministry of town planning and urban development đ€? 3) Of what importance is the Ministry of energy đ€? these are handicap sectors that've held development hostage.
@@Jeff_Geoff Well articulated someone with comprehensive issues can comprehend đ€..in conclusion.. Cameroon need a new capital.no matter how efforts made to modernized Yde.with lack of structural urbanization its just a waste of capital resources.
They don't travel to Cameroon because there is actually nothing to show regarding Cameroon. The worst thing that happened was the mistake Foncha and Endeley made because of greed. They never taught of an independent Southern Cameroon which could have been a thousand times better than this crap. Ivorians have dismantled them, and they feel ashamed of their capital. hank you, @unstoppablejohns, for sharing your thoughts and concerns about the state of urban development in Yaoundé and the broader issues facing Cameroon. Your perspective as a patriotic citizen seeking positive change is valuable and appreciated.
Regarding your questions about the importance of certain ministries:
The Ministry of Transport plays a crucial role in facilitating the movement of people and goods within and beyond urban areas. It oversees transportation infrastructure, such as roads, railways, and airports, which are essential for economic development, trade, and connectivity. Additionally, the ministry is responsible for implementing policies and regulations to ensure safe and efficient transportation systems.
The Ministry of Town Planning and Urban Development is instrumental in shaping the physical environment of cities and towns. It is tasked with urban planning, land use management, and ensuring sustainable development practices. By promoting orderly growth, efficient land utilization, and the provision of essential services, this ministry contributes to creating livable and resilient urban spaces that enhance the quality of life for residents.
The Ministry of Energy plays a pivotal role in powering economic activities, supporting infrastructure development, and improving living standards. Access to reliable and affordable energy is fundamental for various sectors, including industry, commerce, healthcare, education, and household needs. This ministry is responsible for developing energy policies, expanding energy infrastructure, and promoting renewable energy sources to meet growing demand and drive sustainable development.
While these ministries indeed have significant responsibilities, it's essential to acknowledge the challenges they face and work towards addressing them collaboratively. By promoting transparency, accountability, and effective governance, we can foster positive change and contribute to the advancement of our nation's development agenda. Together, we can strive for a future where Cameroon's cities are vibrant, well-planned, and equipped to meet the needs of present and future generations. Thank you for raising these important issues, and let's continue the dialogue towards constructive solutions.
