    I ruptured my achilles in Nov 2022 & had surgery. Will I be able to stretch that ankle completely again, like the uninjured ankle? My goal is to be able to sit & stand with no hands & without kneeling.

      You can get there. Just consistency is key. Your Achilles needs healthy blood flow.
