A knife you love to use is essential. Oldest chefs knife I have is 27 years and still loving it😂. I find so many people go for brands rather thann assessing whats required for their needs, which can be a costly mistake. Good advice to share, thanks. As an x-chef, I can tell you I guarded my knives like children 😂😂😂.

I still have my Grandfather’s massive knife! It’s insane but also priceless to me. We’re really used to replacing tools every 3 years which sucks because a good knife just gets better with time

Should have talked about the magnacut steel. It's only existed for 2 years. There aren't many chef's knifes in magnacut either

Hm, Never heard of Magnacut, and couldn't speak about a brand that doesn't exist anymore haha.

both knife 1 & 2 clearly specify what steel right on the knife :)
