Aur aaj online shopping ne in malls ki raunak chhin li hai…. It’s circle of life….maine khud ek rastepar kapde bechnewale ke aankho main aansu dekhe tthe ….

आप ने एक मुख्य मुद्दा बोला ही नहीं ।
छोटे मॉल बंद होने का एक बड़ी वजह वहाँ का किराया है, इतना ज़्यादा किराया माँगते हैं कि कोई दुकानदार दे ही नहीं सकता है । जैसे अंशलप्लाजा दिल्ली में हुआ है। अब ये मॉल पूरी तरह से ख़ाली हो चुका है जो मुझ्य वजह किराया है। अगर ये आज भी अपने किराए को कम कर दें तो फिर से खुशहाल हो सकते है क्योंकि माल में पार्किंग की सुविधा होती है ।
रोड साइड जो टी शर्ट 250 में मिलेगा वही माल में 2500 में मिलेगा । और कपड़े का टुकड़ा ले रहे जमीन per square feet नहीं ले रहे ।
ऐसे ही मॉल हमारे yha भी है..

In centralized air-conditioned huge building with all the facility can't provide anything at same prize as local shopkeepers. Hardworking Bharat culture never prefer paying more if we have alternative cheapness. Only extra money and extravagant culture prefer hotels and malls. Running cost of mall are very high.

Shopping malls are normally hangout places for most of youngsters who try to flaunt their fashion styles..mostly lower income group families also bring entire families just to roam around and they normally purchase few groceries but to entertain kids and family members in cool ambience of malls in class B cities. Whereas middle income groups who also haunt the malls just for spending time during sundays and spend most of the time in food plazas. Rest elite class which are less in percentage in normal malls as clients of the branded shops. The business of overall footfalls which may seem more but the malls dont get business as per the expectations.

वैसे ही मॉल से कपड़े खरीदने की जगह छोटी दुकान या सड़क किनारे से खरीदना पसंद करते है या बोलो मजबूरी है।

वास्तव में शॉपिंग माल्स भारत के culture में फिट ही नहीं होता. हमें दुकानदार से माल के बारे में पूछताछ करना, मोलभाव करना, 50 चीजें खुलवा कर उनमें से एक खरीदना अच्छा लगता है. मॉल्स में ये सब नहीं होता. शेल्फ में या रैक में सब रखा रहता है...खुद देखो, पसंद करो, कोई सर्विस नहीं. और मोलभाव का तो सवाल ही नहीं. काफी मामलों में तो वैराइटी भी लिमिटेड होती है. बड़े मॉल चल जाते हैं क्योंकि चाहे वहां ज़्यादा लोग नहीं भी जाते, फिर भी जो जाते हैं वो पैसे वाली पार्टियां होती हैं जिन्हें खर्च करने में प्रॉब्लम नहीं होती. छोटे मॉल्स में आम लोग ज़्यादा जाते हैं..और उनमे भी ज़्यादा लोग एन्जॉय करने जाते हैं, न की कुछ खरीदने.
