Act 2 is my favorite part of the story to write. I have a background in screenwriting and act 2 is basically the majority of the things you see in a movie trailer. It’s what pulls the audience in.

Congrats for winning! I didn't finish my book though...my word count goal was low. I was super busy in July with music business. I love writing the endings! I usually know exactly what it will be when I get the beginnings. I loathe the middle parts a lot of the time. Hardest part!

Since Google docs doesn't have a daily word count (as far as I know), another writing software I recommend is Novelist. It's good for organizing and tracks your daily word count and streaks. I've been using it for a couple years and it works very well.

1) I love writing in the area before the fall so to speak, nearing the ending but not there. The reader know the characters by then and they can have all kinds of things happen to them but nothing too catastrophic yet. If I could write a whole book like that I would, it would just have like no plot XD
2) I am also in uni and writing! I actually finished a first draft during a semester so we're in this together
3) Would you be open to constructive criticism for your editing? It's just that there were a few parts where I couldn't hear you over the music.
