Does it flash BCM on GM or more specific 2017 Chevy cruze factory fog lights to allow use.

You can change vin on pcm and tcm, I have a autel elite for flashing

I bought this. Its a great product this scanner can do all sorts and provide lots of data Inc DPF Regens etc, but, it will not do oil resets on my vehicle… reported it
