I feel sad for Guardian since you didnt showcase some of his great utilities like Auto Blocking special attacks that comes in clutch many a times. Also a very unique utility that is "Been able to completely block unblockable Mutant champs" which is sooo good against like Weapon X, Unblockable specials from Emma, etc.

I think against havok you need to do a heavy attack first to have 2 armor ups before throwing sp2
You can heavy cancel into the sp2. The heavy is 2 hits so you can throw the sp2 after the first hit when he gets that second armor up.

@@freesoul4057 no. He spends his armor up to place a very strong shock on the opponent when he has at least 3 charges.
i have him as a 6* r3 and max sig. I use him for almost everything - great champ and makes the rest of your roster even better. It turns CAIW into an almost perfect block machine.
Throw in odins prefight on your cap plus guardian lol

@@NoOne-oo4or I think Cap's block proficiency is normally 77.5% as a 6*.
@@djr20111 with 25% reduce damage from parry mastery it became 100% block
My R2 is phenomenal for any content that Corvus can’t wreck, especially the crazy health pools that show up in challenges/abyss/etc. love him
He doesn’t crit which is quite rare. Can parry non contact attacks. Can handle some tricky fights. I love him, but duped makes him an absolute monster. My favourite Domino counter as you can parry her and you take basically zero crit failure damage. 👍🏼
22:10 u can use a heavy attack just before sp2 and then u r fine against havoc!
Do you mean hold the heavy and then launch the sp2, or actually use the heavy and then launch a sp2 after a parry or basic hit?

I always use my unduped 5* r4 in many quests and wars he isnt at his best but definitely gets job done
I love Guardian just for the fact that he can crush fights like Domino and that he can basically take *zero damage* from special attacks if you're skilled enough, speaking about special attacks there's one thing I'd like to nitpick at 7:13 which is that he parries any special attack whether it's projectile or not and gets perfect blocks.

Great video, I've been using my 6* at rank 3 for a some time. Amazing champ. A few things I'd add, when fighting havoc before throwing a big sp2, heavy to get a 2nd armor up. This will allow you to keep one and consume one. Learned this the hard way. Also guardian is my favorite counter to domino, can parry everytime can parry the special attacks and domino gets a permanent shock because guardians ability accuracy can't be lowered.

I took my unduped 6* to rank 2 straight away when I pulled him back in the day. He's done amazing work for me, but now i also have a 5* that is duped and max sig, and he tends to end up in aw defense. So to this day I still do most of my playing with the unduped version.
I used 6* unduped void for cav title back in the day, I know exactly what you are saying here 👍
I really like these videos of yours. They are really helpful. Especially if you have a smaller roster (I guess it depends on how you define "small" but mine is certainly not as extensive as yours), it can be really valuable to see how some champions work in suboptimal conditions since most people don't bring in a whole synergy team into most content. Except if you run Apocalypse, haha.
One video I would be interested to see is how well Kingpin works in a debuff-heavy match with and without the Hood/Fixit synergy. Obviously he'll smash it either way if the debuffs are non-damaging but how does he fare if they are bleeds or poisons? Can he still survive it without that synergy or will the 40% that stick to him whittle him down?
I don't have Hood so I haven't been able to check it myself but I recently pulled 5* Fixit so at least I have access to the synergy that way. I don't really see myself ranking that big boy up but it would be nice to see exactly how much he/they add to Kingpin.

I rank 3ed mine unduped, after awhile Once I had enough sigs to take right to 200 I used my abyss genaric on him and soooo glad I did. He dosnt need it but it’s a massive boon in every match with the block prof. I love perfect parries being able to end fights at 100% is so nice.
But overall he was still amazing at r3 unduped it just unlocked a lot more potential

I love Guardian. My roster is pretty decent and I've got a duped maxed 5* so won't be taking my 6* up unduped but the moment I pull the dupe he's going straight up. His resistances / tankiness when he's duped is so useful combined with the armour synergy he gives everyone else on the team.
Yeah I’m in the same boat. I have a S180 5* that I have at R4 (ranking him keeps getting delayed by just insanely good 5* luck I’ve had) and I have an unduped 6* so I am waiting for now.

Before you do a sp2 on havok throw a heavy to gain an extra armor up buff his sp2 only consumes 1 armor up
I recently rank 2’d my 6* guardian and have ZERO regrets. The awakening will come but not stressed
Yeah I didn’t get the tech gem on my reroll, but took him up anyway cause I knew I’d eventually use a gem and stones on him eventually
With Havok, do a heavy to gain a 2nd Armor buff, and then blow the L2 which will remove 1 of the 2 Armor buffs. Then you are still safe from Plasma
5* max sig wouldnt be good on path 9 shock bleed because of despair right ?

Had my r5 sig 200. The moment i got him 6* i still r2 him undupped lol im pretty decent at dexing so i still get to use his heavy damage
Lol I couldn't figure out why I kept losing my charges until I watched this video and realized that can't use the 4th light or it uses them to power burn I can play him like a pro!

The energy resistance is around 80% like his bleed resistance
False... heavy first and then throw the sp2 against Havok. It removes the temporary armor up buff and your permanent one stays.

I'd make sure u have zero force field charges on countdown before using ur special 3. He's been bugged or maybe not i don't know but sometimes u gain less than 6. Against havok use a heavy attack before using the SP2 it consumes the non permanent armor up buff

Max sig Guardian is arguably the best utility champion in the game if played correctly. Top 3 most utilities in the tech class possibly in the game.
1. Guardian (max sig)
2. Nebula
3. Warlock
Personally I would go with Nebula because of her insane damage.
Max sig level guardian doesn't needs to be played correctly... Lol, his awakened ability gives some bleed , crit resistance and energy resistance... So tell me how his awakened abilities needs to be played correctly?

Utility doesn't just depend on sig ability it depends if you know how to counter certain champions like Havok read the comment section for more details another thing is to be able to parry at the right time to get the perfect block.

And to counter havock guardian doesn't needs to be awakened... Same as the ability to parry non contact attacks... It's in his kit
@@rijobomjen7796 what I am trying to say Guardian has utility with and without his sig ability. You can't say Guardian has great utilities without his signature ability. With signature ability Guardian can increase block profiency, bleed resistance, energy resistance and critical resistance which gives Guardian extra utilities.
