That’s an awesome engine, although I find that a spring drive belt isn’t the best, especially at slow speeds, the governor runs erratically. I’m installing a functional governor on my engine and I’m using a small toothed timing belt that gets rid of the spring action. Regards, John 🤗
That sounds like a good idea , I agree the spring belts seem to always slip.
