Our future is 50 shades of green! Tim explains how climate solutions are the biggest business opportunity for the 21st century with nature-based solutions as the largest potential to improve quality of life. He outlines that to persuade everyone to be on board with climate action, we need to visualize the future we want. A long-term perspective is needed not only for The Netherlands but for the whole world - it serves as the storyline for our future and it starts today.
With background experience as a consultant, policy advisor, and researcher in the field of water management and climate change, Tim is now the Program Leader Green Climate Solutions at Wageningen University & Research. Together with his team, the program has a mission to explore the potential of nature to improve the quality of life and aims to contribute to climate action by creating an evidence base for nature-based climate solutions.
