I already have an account with RM , click and drop. I tried to connect my eBay account with click and drop. But it didn’t work. Is there any other way to use RM printer. Can u please make a video that how to use RM printing service and how can i get QR CODE by email?

@@osomaptoful QR codes come in the email automatically, I would say just check if they have printing service from QR code there first, It is only available in few.
You need to open ebay in one window and click and drop in other.
You can open click and drop in mobile when you generate the label a pdf file will be downloaded which will have all the qr codes, they do send them in email as well link with click and drop

Cheapest method for large letters is Royal Snail Mail, cheapest for small parcels is parcel2go which is fully tracked and over a £1 cheaper. Ive started using them and saved ££££ so far.

I use my RM OBA connected to my click n drop for letter & Large letter. But tend to use Hermes for small parcel.
I also 2nd you in video. I wanted give more information for someone without OBA online business account as I came across many who don't have that.
Also, let me know about what you think about productivity guide. This is 1.0 but I believe 99% information that a newbie needs to start selling on eBay is there, How I improve more, I am adding articles and making more content to add to it.
The printing in a shop with Yodel is not free. It is free though with Hermes....

All parcels comes with standard delivery confirmation, It is more than enough for INR.
You don't need to send sign for parcels.

I never sold anything on ebay instead buying things. I am a bit confused when it comes to postage prices .. i wrote description in the box and automatically comes up postage price as £4 . I seen many other sellers have many different postage prices which is less than £4. I am based in London. Why is that ?

Thank you for great video. I have seen lots of people send parcel by other 48hr service. Do you know which service is that. I just started i use royal mail and hermes. But don't know what is 48hr service?
To make it simple for non business account it's called 2nd class.
Anyone with business account is 48.

@@Bilsar707 There is little different as I said having business account doesn't mean your prices will be cheaper, someone with royal mail business account may have expensive rates as compared to Hermes or parcel to go.
You need to call business helpline to open account . Rates depends on account to account and quantity.

Is it best or okay to go with a letter box option or padded envelope just to get delivery cost lower

If the item is not fragile, and you can reduce the shipping cost by the removing the padded envelope .. I will do that because there is a significant difference between the price of large letter and parcels

Still didn't get it whats the cheapest way to send small parcels which worth for example £3.00 ( not letters ) from eBay and Royal mail doesn't accept it as a letter and if you choose any other company to send with charge you at least £3.00 more less and
I hope I saw your video before I made the mistake, I got shocked when they said that I need to send my 40g product as a parcel. I don’t know what to do now as it is 0.50 cm more then the specification of the Royal Mail, knowing my profit from each. Item is £0.60 . Please any body can help me .

If you have good quantity, You can call Hermes business line and ask about the business account for discount.

I mean, If you're getting around 100-500 order per week, You can call and ask for business account, More you post cheaper it gets.

hello i hope you reply to this. i sell video games (dvd) on ebay. it costs £2.40 to send a large letter with one video game with case inside if i go to the post office. but if i print labels through ebay it cost £2.30 . i cant seem to find any other cheaper way to post a game. and if im selling for £5 and free postage this is nearly half of the profit i make gone to postage. does this price sound right to you ? and if so is there any other cheaper way to do this. thanks for the information in this video i have subscribed.
if your quantity is good, you can look into Royal Mail business account

Thank you for the great video. So now i am confused and i want your help. you use large letter , you use cheapest postage method. Upon this you dont get postcode or delivery reference number on your royal mail receipt. how do you deal your customer if they raise a question that items not received and on the other hand you have no tracking or anything? It is not courier service, Alot of people have bad experience. They do work with ups etc use their drop off points Hermes, in short they do not delivery anything, they are just an unnecessary middleman. Sometimes cheaper than courier as they buy postage from them in bulk. Try it I never have personally uses them. They are just kind of like parcel to go and parcel monkey however officially associated with eBay

Is it best to send your parcel/letter either signed or tracked ? So you have proof you sent it off and the customer doesn’t rip you off ?
Parcel come with delivery confirmation as standard so if you are sending the letters Than it's worth paying extra.

I'm really confused. I'm trying to sell an item on ebay for the first time. No matter what item I pick, and what information I provide, the recommended postage for a large letter is nearly £16. I'm just trying to sell a game, a large letter and 1st class stamp should only be a couple quid. If I ignore this estimated postage and charge less, will ebay charge me the difference?

When I list an item, it makes me pick a delivery method such as letter size, 1st or 2nd class, signed for ect and they're all estimated at around £16, except for the signed ones which are £5. Must have been a glitch on ebays end because all the postage estimates are correct today. They're £1-3 rather than £16 now. Thanks for replying.

Yes, so comparison not much available for international postage. You have to check 1 by 1 with DHL royal mail, ups etc
Hermes is the worst service. Had many problems with them.
To be honest I been using for years never had issue they are cheap and just have bad reputation

DON'T Trust Cheap and save money. Cheap is great until something goes wrong. Expect a nightmare service to deal with. UPS, DPD and Royal Mail are my preferred option
people don't trust cheap postage, they trust profit and savings
