We’ve spent a decade watching Pawn Stars make a fool of their customers and trick them into selling their valuable items for peanuts, but that wasn’t always the case. The Harrisons lost thousands of bucks along the way, after making a couple of bad deals that led to a dead end. Let’s take a look at 8 times the sellers played the Pawn Stars.

How's he supposed to make money without giving people less than what it's worth? It's just business. If you want more money, try ebay
Ashley Stoner he goes way under!!!!! Yes it’s business I’d understand if he maybe doubled his money!!! He quadruples it sometimes
He's able to screw peop!e over because he offers cash on the spot. People only pawn things when they are desperate for cash or colosally lazy.
Ash Har They do not have to sale in fact they could take the risk at an auction.
@@ashhar3928
Way under? LoL
He's more fair than the majority of buyers.
Yep, they always have the option to say no.
I know the show is rigged, I just watch it for the historic facts and theatrics
Yep, me too.
Me too.
You betrayed MACHO MANS legacy pronouncing it that way
Brandon Moore # yup he did
Thank you! That pissed me off more than being clickbaited.
Matt-Cho Men Randall Sav-eeg All Right!
He also doesn't know how to pronounce " paper mâché " correctly. He seems to be trying so hard to enunciate his consonants but it sounds so phony.
@@wassupnomesayin That one blew my mind!
Pretty sure overall they’ve gained way more than they lost, some may say that they scam people with low offers but they’re investors, that’s their job, after all, the customer is free to simply say no and sell it somewhere else
Boo hoo. Pawn Stars lowballed every single customer.
And I suppose you would consider them dishonest unless they sold everything for less than they paid.
@@nunyabiznez6381 No. Happy ?
If anything,it's customers decision to sell at price offered.
Well that's every pawn shop...
ok so i was watching this on full volume in the living room and then you said “pawn stars” and everyone in the room stared at me.
Thanks
I k
eeki Are you watching Pawn over there?😂
This guy’s “t” pronunciation game is strong.
😂😂😂😂
He does it in every video he narrates.
Who says matcho man? 😂
Michael jackson
The village people
Wonkas hat was dark brown..
Faded over the years
Congrats to these people pawn stars deserve it.
This family screams con artist
@G L that's not what I said. I'll clarify cause you seem to be slow. The look, vibe and the way they talk to people screams con artist. And you are right no one is forced to sell or buy anything. The con artist in them manipulates people to buy or sell. We've watched them do it for years.
Do you understand my comment now or do I need to explain it in more details?
More details please
they are the biggerst con family in the usa
@@tarakoski1635 youre so silly. Theyre not scammers. They are who people go to for fast cash and run the risk of getting screwed themselves.
Which this video shows multiple examples of that.
Maybe what youre picking up on is just what they became after getting boned themselves so many times.
Youd be the same way, or out of business.
@@Kevin19886 Second biggest, behind the Trump Con family
They deserve it as much as they scam people
Well, of course he offers less than the stuff is worth. He's buying "wholesale" to tidy up and sell at retail. No scam involved. If they don't want his lowball offer they should pick up and leave.
YUP PEOPLE IN DIRE STRAIGHTS
Yep, they are wanting those funds to gamble...they are in Vegas
There was only one gobstopper saved from the movie production. The actress (can't remember name) who played Veruca Salt owns it.
Julie Dawn Cole.
Seller infinity gauntlet 7.5 million rick: I'll make it simple 7.5 dollars not raising
The insult to Macho Man's legacy is the market value of game worn autographed merch.
You mean Matt-Cho man?
Or paper matt-che
I dunno ive had everlasting gobstoppers before dont think they're worth no 10000 bucks
Never heard of "Matcho" man.
Couple thousands? They lost millions.
I doubt they are in the minus.
Stesan1 why do you think the show ended? Because they are.
Big deal. Trump lost 1.7 billion. So much for master Negotiator.
If the sellers want more money, they should spend time and sell items by themselves. No shop will ever buy for the top price, cause all they want is to sell it then with profit.
Wtf was that description of him scamming customers?!? He’s a reseller...
Rick went to look at an airplane on one show, but passed on it. You see that one? He should've known it was gonna be big bucks.
Good video not the same old video with different commentary
So you are saying that he lost 100k on his billion dollar empire? Wow terrible he probably won't recover.
The coin...if insurance pay out...aren't they the real owners
John Hart not sure. Rick paid for it as well. Maybe the insurance company goes after the person who stole it?
He said the everlasting gobstoper can be sold for 40,000 but does he know that all that stuff was from the actual set
Dear Rick,
You reap what you sow.
Matcho man
Who in the hell is “Match-O Man?” It’s pronounced“Mah-cho Man”. LOL
Rick would be much better off letting chum Lee do all the buying
Mark Palluccio inbreeding seldom pays off.
Agree
That's no girl, that's a monster.

Alot of the items anyway rick ends up owning
They make thousands and thousands per episode so who cares
Good! Pawn shops are evil
Those 68 GT Fast back go for $80,000.
OK so he won on 95% of his deals... so he is WAY AHEAD of the GAME!! Loss factor is part of the biz. They have made millions on T-shirts alone.
The 'experts' that they call in to evaluate things should have also been mentioned! (such as the Vic Flick guitar that was mentioned at the end )
This is how pawn shops work you get 50% of what it's worth! You can come back and get it back for what thay gave you plus interest!
They are selling and buying stuff outright, not pawning everything.
People are focusing on Rick who usually, for entertainment value, let's the owner's know what their item(s) are worth. What really pisses me off is Corey, who really low balls the owner of an antique item and rips them off and I mean bigtime,, which I know since I'm a lifelong antique buyer and seller. I won't watch the show any more.
Randy Savage was an iconic 80s figure.
Scott Smith
Tell us something we don’t know...
The videos don't match up with the audio.
The scam is on. 😎
Matcho Man costume. lol.
IT'S A PAWN SHOP PEOPLE!
They fleece10 times that everyday.
Info was good, editing not so much...
Many of the items should be sent to an auction house not to Ricks pawn shop .
I love this video. Godly proof that you do not fuk people over. You treat people honestly and ONLY enter fair & square deals because KARMA will full circle you before you die.
Old man- we screw people over here
We don’t get screwed over
Rick- sorry dad
See ya at temple
Oh well they play everyone else
$12,000 and it wasn't even the car that they used in bullet from them Steve McQueen crazy crazy crazy
Why is segment #6 backwards?
Offering less then what it's worth? It's a pawn store ffs
What the heck - why was one shekle of tyre number 6 backwards?
Thats what happens when ur dishonest comes back to bit u
If the items are worth so much why can't the sellers find anyone that will give them more than pawn shop? Now pawn shop was highest bidder and has to find someone that will pay more....after storing it few years and paying employees higher living wages.
He's gotten way more than he's lost so who cares!
That car costs much more !
The biggest scam was having that show run for so many years that's where they made all their money
