create mockups on your computer with Brand Bible and create a Shopify website and do preorder. Try t get a sample made and promote the hell out of it. that way people will order it and all you do is send the money to a manufacturer that you find and get the inventory made. There are plenty of brand owners who walk you through step by step to achieve this

I’ve ran a clothing brand business before and just about to relaunch with a rebrand , I’d say wait until you get your samples , inspect them and see if there up to your standards first! There might be needs for improvement , if not great! I’d say order bulk on whatever you’ve sampled (if you like it) once you receive your bulk order inspect that also, then for about a week go crazy on social media for a hype up before your official launch! I found doing this created a super good buzz 🐝 just before dropping your first drop it gets ppl hyped up!
