- Line dancing is great exercise! It's time to shake it loose, dance it out and have some fun! Dancing For The Dream brings you Jo Thompson Szymanski to lead you through 8 fun, starter/beginner level line dances with music by singer/songwriter Scooter Lee. Jo does a quick walk through of each line dance and then dances them to music so you can follow along!

Jo, I'm so thrilled to have found you again! I have been a fan of yours since the Club Dance (and Dance Line) days on the old TNN. I was and still am a dancer, so was used to doing all the high-impact, complex stuff, until I began suffering with horrible flare-ups of an autoimmune condition. It did a number on my joints to where I could not even walk. et alone dance. I am feeling better now and wanting to get back into some sort of dancing, although I can no longer do what I used to. Thank you for these wonderful routines that people of ALL ages can use when they need some safe, lower impact exercise. The best part is that dancing is so much FUN! It's perfect for both your physical AND your mental health! I wish you and your family all the best!
