Satisfying Bathroom Remodel with Clawfoot Tub Install

It's been awhile - again! and this project spans a big portion of time! This video includes timestamps to show the timeline for how long this took us, because we don't want to romanticize or understate the amount of labor that goes into these things. Caring for a house is always a lot of work - and having a 140-year-old house where everything needs some sort of work/repair is a full-time job, on top of other full-time jobs. Time and money are valuable things, and both have their limits. But, this kind of work is very satisfying for us!
The main objective for this part of the house was turning a non-functioning laundry room/half bath - badly damaged from leaks and termites - into a fully-functioning and stable laundry room with storage and full bath. The clawfoot tub was included to give the home a more period authentic style, rather than a completely modern feel.
The laundry room half is still not completed and the walls haven't been finished, but the bathroom side is now functional and 95% finished! And this video outlines the majority of that process for the bathroom. Here's what we did (not all shown):

A tub surround for the shower will eventually be installed, as well as other bathroom accessories, towel hooks, etc. But we are turning our efforts to other projects for now, so stay tuned for more!
