Update: James whined to his father about what happened, but Daddy wasn't having any of his complaining. He schooled James on hard work and fairness. He then cut James off and refused to help him any further. James ended up getting a job at a local car wash. Maria helped the company climb even higher and was eventually promoted to senior manager.

I am in the process of becoming an American citizen and they would honestly be a great sequel if a rich man tries to get in the way of a hard-working individual and after he says, he will threaten to call his father, that his own rich father humiliate him because after all you should never let money get to your head, especially if you were being tested for loyalty and kindness

I think Maria should have told the boss why she was late for the test. I also i think the boss should have made James the janitor. I don't know how he was even considered for the job he was trying to get the way he was dressed and unshaven, he looked like a bum.
His father would probably take there side James is just too far up his own arse too see it
