Every saturday many People come to the market to sell their crops, seafood etc they have brought all the Way from their villlage.
Saturday it the busiest Day in the market as most People are preparing for sunday and have to make sure they have done their shopping.

In Tongan cultural Yam (Ufi) is considered the most valuable root crop out of all the root crop family, not because of it's taste but because of it being the most difficult (Labour intensive) root crop to plant and maintain. Which Ufi plant that one is, im not sure but it is part of the Yam family!
In Fiji we called yam (Uvi) almost sound similar to how you guys pronounced it.
