- The best tapas that you need to try when you are in Logroño, La Rioja, Spain. Logroño is the capital of the La Rioja region in northern Spain. La Rioja is world-famous for its wine, and Logroño has the perfect pinchos to go with a glass (or a bottle!) Most of the bars where you can find them are along Calle Laurel in the city’s historic section.
This is why I Love Spain too, they keep the old architectures and preserved it.
