I love that the fire bit became a running gag for the rest of the show. Every time Spencer set something on fire was just as, if not, more hilarious than the last. That’s the magic of Jerry Trainor for ya. 😎

Every fire scene was more outrageous than the last one. It's like they kept asking "what's the least likely thing to catch on fire". I think that's why it worked so well.

What really defined the memories for me watching iCarly was seeing Miranda, Jerry, Jennette, Freddy, and Gibby grow up with me as a kid. I was about 8 years old when I started watching iCarly, and by the time the show ended I was around 12.
Except you are less likely to end up in rehab or in a courtroom to testify about SA...

Too bad Jenette McCurdy (if I spelled her full name right) playing Sam wasn't here due to personal reasons.
But at least her character was mentioned in the iCarly Revival, so that's close enough for me in my book.
well you got to admit her character and even gibby character was a bit out their that when you get older you don't really want to play that type of character again,
I think she said that she didnt want to reprise her role because she doesnt like how her character acts and she doesnt want to promote that type of behavior. Which honestly I 100% back her up on it. Like yes I wish she would guest star and maybe her character would have actually matured but yeah I never liked Sam, she was too much and in my opinion the character was not funny.
@@vanessajabbour4659 that's what i was thinking it doesn't have to be a whole episode, but maybe like you said made her character more mature, she would appear in the show for like 5 minutes, i mean you could have her wake up at carly's place let them have small talk and then sam she has to leave

i grew with this show and it has a very special place in my heart, but i'm not really interested in a reboot so it has been a long time since i feel this happy seeing this cast talk about memories of it, even without jennette, and omg it actually made me nostalgic now...

The original iCarly was great. I used to watch it with my daughter, then my niece. We all enjoyed it. Never got into the new one--probably since the kids have grown and moved out.

This show deserved a reboot all ends up and honestly Miranda, Nathan and Jerry really made it quite special. But the introduction of Laci and Jaidyn as season regulars to the show also makes it quite unique too.
