About the enemas, I have done a few home enemas (about four) and I noticed feeling light and good afterwards. My question is how often should I do an enema?
About the enema, when doing them, could the good bacteria be removed? If so, would a probiotic need to be taken to replace the good bacteria after doing an enema?
