This is a Leap Day EAS Required Weekly Test on NOAA Weather Radio KWO35. While I have not recorded a Required Weekly Test in years, I wanted to capture the weekly test on February 29 since it's extraordinarily rare that a Weekly Test is conducted on Leap Day. The NWS in Upton NY postponed the weekly test due to flooding and wind on February 28.
