I believe you use the on/off button to pause according to a review.

Any one know how to decrease the time from 15 to 10 mins

You keep increasing the timer until it resets to 1 then increaee it to 10
Or pick the nut option which has the lowest time and increase the temperature
There is no decrease time button

Buying this air-fryer is what landed me here. I’m eating this Toy 1/10. Looks cheap. Cheap, cheap 😭 all I can’t advise is don’t buy this nonsense from takealot. Returning for the 2nd time. First they sent the wrong colour, then when I finally got the white. My dreams were shattered 🫠
