My new Silvercrest Air Fryer & how it operates...

- My Silvercrest Air Fryer has fewer touch buttons than normally does
So I made this simple video to show how it operates mainly on 3 parameters settings :
1) Delay Timer setting range from 30mins to 24hrs
2) Cooking Temperature setting is from minimum 80°C to 210°C
After 210°C it will revert to 80°C & up
3) Cooking Time setting is from minimum 5mins to 59mins maxium
After 59mins it will revert to 5mins & up

thanks for the instructions. The touch screen of my air fryer works by pressing the options but these are not visible, for example I can no longer see the power button or the chips or meat function, I really can't see any function. I know they are there I press and it works but they don't light up like before? do you know why it happens? if somehow block the touch screen? the lights or something?

@@jackiechan8198 to reduce the timing I held down the timer till it went to lower numbers. Its a bit of a pain to get it right though.

My Air Fryer do not have this problem and it's working fine
In any electrical devices having error problem (in your case is Air Fryer) , best is to switch off using the Touch Screen Button
Then totally shut down Power Supply (from wall socket) , in order to do a re-boot to the system by powering it up later , just like mobile phone when it hang

I wonder why it’s so difficult to manipulate this brand of air fryer I have suffered trying to know how to use it .The user guide book is not helping at all I still can’t say that I know how to set this machine properly as am just doing a try and error .
This Silver Crest Air Fryer JD-989 is really lousy which didn't provide video tutorial how to operate it. It seems complicated to use it. I strongly do not suggest to buy such Air Fryer without tutorial guide. Do u have Silver Crest office number which I can contact with?

@@khalilfellah9141 after selecting a meal, press degree of heat and set time, it will start working. Mine is no longer displaying any options except chips.

After setting the temp and time how to press start button
Hi
1) After powering up the Air Fryer Machine
You need to touch the Power On/Off Button to activate the Touch Screen
2) After Touch Screen comes On (live)
Select any 1 of the 4 given functions, then only it will show the Pre-Set Temperature & cooking Time
3) You can then adjust the TEMPERATURE & TIME to meet your intended needs
4) If at any 1 point of time the Touch Screen disappeared (as in my video) before you complete your adjustments
Then simply reactivate the Touch Screen by touching the Power On/Off Button again
5) Upon completing your Temperature & cooking Time adjustments
Don't need to press any Buttons anymore
The display will blink afew times, then the machine will automatically starts it cooking program (that's if you're not using the Time Delay Function)

6 months has passed & my SilverCrest Air Fryer Machine is still working fine as in day 1
Only that the fan noise has increased over time
But my previous Mayer Air Fryer is even more noisy

The 4 programmed functions don't usually meet my exact Temperature & Time settings
So I choose the function closest to my settings requirement , in order that I press lesser clicks while adjusting it

It shakes when nothing is inside but as soon as you put something in it, it becomes stable. Don’t worry. That’s how it is. I sell some n that’s what I have realize. Even from his video, u can see it’s shaking a little.

The machine isn't shaking while in operation
It's my shaky hands & my Mobile's image stabilization not turned on
That caused the shaking effects

Turn on touch screen
Select & activate any of the 4 Pre-set Function
My "Chips" that's French Fries is already set at 38 minutes
All you have to do is tap on the "Time" button to increase the time quickly (fast manner) to 45 minutes & it will next jump to 05 minutes (missing the 46...)
Or tap & increase time to 59 minutes , next tap will jump to 05 minutes
After reaching 5 minutes
If you continue to tap , it will increase 1 minute by each tap and it goes on...
As I mentioned , it's a cycle
To reach the maximum then it will begins from the minimum and then up...
