After seven years working abroad in Europe, Australia and mainland China, chef Tsang Chiu King returns to his native Hong Kong to lead Ming Court Wanchai.
The veteran Cantonese chef, who led Ming Court Mongkok to its first Michelin star in 2004 and its second star just one year later, tells us more about his vision for Ming Court's new outlet and why he thinks Hong Kong is the best place to preserve the Cantonese culinary heritage.
