Hope you are fine. This video is a humble attempt to explain a classical experiment by Paul Berg; the construction of first rDNA molecule.
In 1972, Berg was among the first to produce a recombinant DNA molecule, which led to significant advancements in the field. Later Boyer and Cohen’s collaboration resulted in the successful insertion of rDNA into bacteria, allowing the foreign DNA to replicate naturally.
