You could always add trees outside the habitat, so it’s looks like a good amount and then it adds decoration to your zoo, also can I have one of the male keepers be named Brogan???
I filmed a few episodes In a block before releasing so I think I do this in the next couple of episodes 😊 and yes I’ll add Brogan to the names list for future vids 😁

I love that too. Most contract creators just add a sped up portion with all the building, but I find I learn a lot more and become more creative if I get to watch the whole creative process, with comments and trying a few different things out, not just the final result

One thing I love doing, especially with those red fern looking ones, is mixing them into clusters of *other* bushy plants. They pair well with pretty much any jungle plant. Infact well picked combinations alway look delightful. My favorite is the ‘standard bush’ (the one you mixed into the rocks, stealing that idea!) placed around the base of major centerpiece trees, though it works better in temperature than jungle IMO.
Also those poor things have like no ability to walk around their own home lol, looking at your pathing graph for the Tapirs makes me sad XD

We’ll probably have to have different levels because the terrain is so hilly but I’ll be avoiding putting stairs in unnecessarily because we’re trying to stay as eco-friendly as possible 😊

Tapirs are my favorite animal. I love the big enclosure for them. Even though in real life they sleep a lot of the day and don't use much of an enclosure.
im about a year late, but for anyone checking the comments - Xochipilli is pronounced "Soh - chee - peal- e", at least approximately. The proper pronunciation involves consonants that dont exist in english, but this is pretty close

Whenever you can could you maybe do a guide on getting past the first few years while struggling to make money in franchise zoo? I love how you decorate enclosures too!
My lass recently bought 14 rocks, though they were a lot smaller than yours. I suppose it takes a while to grow them bigger on the rock farm, so maybe $5 isn't too bad for one that big.

@@marafresi1202 yes there are boat tours on a track like a theme park water ride/zoo tour ride but they may be in one of the DLCs I’m not sure - you’d have to check 😊

I am thinking about getting one of the dlc packs which one do you recommend? I kind of want the capybara but I don’t know if that comes with other things. I also want to make some Planet Zoo content but I don’t know which pack would be the best, do you have any advice?🤔
I would 100% say go for whatever pack has the animals you like the look of the most as if you’re not going to put them in your zoo you don’t need it 😊 they’re all good imho so go with your gut 👍

You probably wouldn’t want to swim in the tapir habitat pond because it’s known that tapir’s will poop in the water in the wild to hide their scent from predators. The water gets SUPER dirty in real zoo tapir habitats. 🤢

Next episode can you add in capybaras they are a least concern animal but most real life zoos have them and they used to be endangered.

Rocks of that size for anything less then $1000 they are losing significant money
Only thing I will say, stop putting all the toys in at once, add 1-2 toys, and cycle them when they get sick of the other toys. Adding all at once makes em bored and you have nothing to swap out with.

No hate, but I think you are making way way bigger habitats then needed and guest won’t be able to see animals if they are on the other side.
That’s probably true I just like building them bigger because I think the minimum sizes in PZ are wayyyy too small for what the animal should have to live a happy life and I also want them to have good privacy from guests so I like to build the habitats with this in mind 😊 I appreciate the comment though and hope you enjoy the series ☺️

That’s true they don’t but they don’t have to be maintained either in this design so I made a judgement call on this one 😊 plus we’d definitely have offset the carbon with the amount of trees we’d planted so I think it’s still fair to call it eco friendly - I guess it depends on what you value 😊
