Idk why some people hate this show. Out of my top 3 fav TV shows, Baywatch, Rescue 911, and Scorpion, Scorpion is DEFINITELY #1. I have NEVER watched a show as crazy or dramatic as this one. That's what makes this show AMAZING. Every episode is an hour-long action film. Crazy stuff happens in EVERY episode, ESPECIALLY in a rescue scene/episode. I'll admit that sometimes an episode's ending can be a little weird or silly, but that's what makes a good show. It's a good way to wrap-up crazy stuff happening in EVERY episode. I'll admit, when I first checked it out, I didn't think I'd like it either. But about eight minutes into the pilot episode, I was in love with the show. The show is FILLED with action and drama. And there's one other thing that makes this show SO good: Emotion. This show is full of it. Almost EVERY episode, particularly an episode's ending, makes me get emotional. People who are hating on the show have just NEVER given it a chance. It's like the saying goes: Don't judge a book by its cover. Basically, you can't judge something like an awesome TV show like Scorpion without giving it a chance. Now, if people STILL don't like it after giving it a chance, that's alright. Everybody's entitled to their own opinion. But if you give it a chance, you might just fall in love with it. That's how I got to love the show. Just the fact that this show is an hour-long action film EVERY episode makes this show memorable. Besides Baywatch, I don't think I've EVER watched a TV show that made me feel like I was watching an hour-long movie every episode. Why did they end this show, and ESPECIALLY on a VERY emotional cliffhanger?? They NEED to bring this show back.
You understand the principals of the series and therefore, see its drama in a positive fashion verses seeing it as boring. Congratulations to you for understanding the characters, their IQ and dynamic situations. Those that can't appreciate the series won't for numerous reasons. Have a spectacular future redfire126!

One of my favourite shows is/was Boston Legal. Never imagined I'd cherish another show to that level. Then comes in Ralph and the four people almost as smart as him.
When I first saw this show I thought "uhh...another crappie and ridiculous TV Series"....I couldn't be more wrong! It's both entertaining and inspiring,not just for kids but to us all,and those who say it's an awful show probably say it because they don't fully understand the IT language;I don't pretend to be a genius but most of the tech language,I get it....without subtitles ( English is not my native language,I'm Romanian) . And last but not least, it's a great story, I love the characters and the storyline, I can't wait to see next episode,and the next seasons( hope there will be many more to come).

The individual things they say would make sense, but the writers mash random science and computer speak into sentences to try to make them look smart. This has not inspired anyone to do anything. It only makes people feel miserable when they try to do this stuff, and find out they aren't geniuses. they haven't been trained to do this stuff, and they can't learn it over night.

This show is real. e. It's prompted children all over the world to learn math and algorithms to save lives. Scorpion prevents catastrophes. It might b stupid for u because u r ignorant but just ask the children what they r learning from this show. These kids r 7 and 8 years old and they r working in tandem with all governmental agencies. So do u want these kids zoning out on TV? Or saving lives? And showing the government agencies their weaknesses so they can keep up with modern technology? U think it's stupid? I wonder what the FBI and CIA would say to that? Keep watching.

Well, I am a complete moron. Please let me apologize to the Scorpion world. I love everything about this show. I've watched the last episode 19 times. I know every line. So I don't know what was going on with me that day. I must have an evil twin. No, I don't want kids zoning out on TV. I saw an interview with the real Walter O'Brien and he said all of the shows were real, he just changed their names. It's not that stupid. They r using real strategic things to "save the day". What really bugs me now, is that they are all over the world during the day and then back at the garage at 5 ready for dinner. Even with a private jet is it impossible to go to a third world country, keeping the Cartel from selling drugs, and kidnapping women, nearly get themselves killed, and then walk into the garage with no dirt stains or rips on their clothes? Unless they do that on the plane. I am all for children watching this show, however, they have to have some sort of limitation. A Hacker hacking a Hacker. I guess they work for the FBI. I heard from the office of the President that Hackers got $2 trillion dollars of everyone's money last year and no one is getting caught. I have a hacker. Notice every time I watch a show or movie, they bring up "these are some of some other things we recommend for you." How do they know? So its' scary what these hackers are able to do.
