9:10, you do have to be a certain level for the ones in the garden catergory, but theres pre placed? potted... ones in the decor category that everyone can use no matter the level.

building idea:
you should try and make an inside out house, for example the inside of the house is the entrance and the outside is the “interior” of the house. like all the walls and rooms are on the outside and when you go inside the “house” its the entrance to go “inside” the house.
ngl this sounds rly confusing sooo i hope this makes sense 😁
