About Dude Dad:
Hi! I'm Taylor Calmus, a Colorado-based actor/comedian. I started Dude Dad© two weeks before my son Theo was born as a way to stay creative while learning to be a father. My wife Heidi and I now have 3 kids and over 300+ videos. My purpose for the channel is to entertain, enlighten and inspire.
In addition to Dude Dad©, I have been in numerous TV shows, commercials, and have regular appearances on Jimmy Kimmel Live. By nine weeks, provided your delivery is complication free, you should feel pretty much “normal” or as normal as you can feel taking care of a tiny human!
Some stuff takes months, but in general, you feel so much better, so fast. Not normal, but better.
Thank you! I hope so! Right now with a six year old and toddler being pregnant and sick, I’m so drained! I’m really looking forward to five to six months from now when I can sleep train this baby and be almost completely recovered. That’s what I’m looking forward to right now. Seeing her at nine weeks made me think, maybe I can do feel more energetic sooner.
@@alyupde9337 after my c section I thought I’d never feel back to normal but my baby starting sleeping through the night at around 6 weeks which really helped speed up my recovery! Granted I’m still breast feeding but was amazing at how fast a woman’s body can recover even from major surgery you got this!! 19 weeks postpartum and feeling better than ever!

I actually got something very similar to this when My last grandchild was born. White noise, rotating stuffed animals, and random rocking machine thingy. Worked very well. Now I'm waiting on great-grandchildren.

I still believe the baby stage is easier to get things accomplished than the starting to walk stage....oh my goodness! That was the most time consuming! I had to watch mine ALL-THE-TIME!!! They got into everything!!! Enjoy the time you have to put Otto in a baby wrap and frequent naps...it won't last long.
