Hello there! So, I have done 3 years BBA degree at the University of Madras (Distance), but I guess I'm fine for the ECA as my institution seems to be recognized by WES in the WES equivalency tool but yet to apply. Therefore CRS will score me for the same but the question I have is, If I decide to do MBA in Canada, institutions will require a 3 years degree as a pre-requisite, will the institutions recognize my distance degree? Is it dependent on the institution or am I sorted for that as well if I show them my ECA from WES? Will the ECA from WES mention it as a Distance degree in their evaluation? Hope I get a reply, thank you!

I did an MBA by distance mode and bachelor from different universities. if I go for IQAS then is it requires both the degree evaluation at the same time or need only higher degree evaluation? can you suggest me asap.

Hi , My Wes got approved last February for my BTech degree. However I completed a PG Diploma this year and need to add that. What is the process for that? Can we add to the existing one or should we repeat the entire process again?
can I do ECA as first step, keep my degree equivalence evaluation ready?? In meanwhile I can prepare and give ielts, research on PNP and apply for express entry after everything in place. Is it possible?? I am asking this because Wes sends this to ircc also so am confused if above plan is ok. Basically I just want equivalence evaluation for now.

Hi Monika, I have a doubt regarding name that we have to enter while filling WES application, for example my name on University marksheet is Uttarkar Nikhil Nagendra Sudha, with Nagendra, Sudha being my father's and mother's names respectively and Uttarkar being my last name, now there are 3 fields on WES ONLINE APPLICATION: Given, Middle and Last name, please explain how would my name fit into that?

I have applied for PR and submitted my Bachelor's and Diploma documents to WES accordingly with proper SOP to follow. After few days WES said that they have sent photocopies of my documents for verification electronically but both my universities said they haven't received any email from WES. Hi. I have submitted my CA Certificate, CA transcript, MCom certificate, MCom Transcript to WES. All has been accepted. But I have also submitted BCom Certificate. But I could not get the Transcript from University. Currently my status is one document pending that is BCom Transcript. Hi mam . I hope you are doing well . I need your help . Wes had rejected my documents twice. firstly i have send the 12th certificate and attested marksheet copy from The school i attend its Government intermediate collage Uttrakhand. Unfortunate they don't accept the marksheet but they accept final 12th certificate and ask me to send from Board council with attested . then i have sent it from uttrakhand board office, from where our all documents coms. but, again they rejected. i have same reason as before. what should i do ?

WES do not consider masters from India equivalent to masters in Canada..

My last name is expanded in my passport. But In Academic certificate, it is just initials as mentioned in below example.
Passport Name: Vignesh Annamalai Karthikeyan
Academic certificate Name : Vignesh A K
Actually, I don't have different name but it's just that my last name is not expanded in my academic certificate, instead only initial is present as stated above.
do I need to enclose name affidavit from Indian consulate or something else to indicate Vignesh A K is same person as Vignesh Annamalai Karthikeyan along with my passport copy before sending it to WES . Some of them mentioned this will not cause any problem and enclosing passport copy would be sufficient but i just wanted to double confirm before applying in WES.
