Didn't know The last Broadcast. Came for Kingdom of Rust. Truly stunning performance of both songs . Almost spiritual. Uplifting and mesmerising. Amazing!
Thanks for the comment! Having just installed a CD Changer in my old Jaguar XJ40 these two albums are getting a good airing on my journeys between London and Hampshire. Their studio versions are something else and this band is something special - and I'm speaking as someone who's partner sings in the London Bulgarian Choir. Regards, Ivor
They may be disappeared from the scene due to the "Coldplay Wave" that hit the charts back in the mid 00's, but i can still remember vividly the many afternoons spent listening to this and watching Gilmore Girls on TV. :) Good years to be a teenager.
Dunno. These choir Doves video just seem to drown Jimis voice out. This song is fucking perfect in every way so I dunno if this added anything for me. Even the part at 2:36, they make what's usually a chilling and simple background vocal into a pointless warble. I dunno dude I'm wound up!!
