Thanks a lot, My 100 is 89 model but is also a Jap import. Yamakaze is a destroyer by the way kamikaze were suicidal pilots sent for pearl harbour attack :) .

Before installing apply some grease on worm gear and its hole . also u miss a small oil seal on it.
Ranjith P you are right about the grease, but since I was working on my bed applying grease will ensure I am going to sleep with my dog, Mr. purushu. I have never seen an oil seal there, plus there is no space fix one, can you please share a pic on our Facebook page?

No, they might look same from the outside the insides are different ( I am assuming that you are referring to the stock silencers as chambers.)

Great video Sir. I'm having RX135 and my clutch is pretty hard and gear shifting is slightly hard at times . Could you please tell me how to fix this ?
get your pressure plate installation checked, your gear leaver installation could cause gear shifting problem

Nice lesson. Btw My Clutch cover internal Worn thread has worn out. How do i Rethread it. I Dnt haVe any idea Just thinking of buying new one. Do u have any Solution for Rethreading? And what is the procedure for Rethreading of worn called in technical term? Thank You
Anga Gam you can rethread it but it’s cheaper to buy a new one (30 ₹) you will have to chisel the old one out and install the new one and chisel the edge so that it stays in
Yamakaze Sory U miss understood my question. Yeah I know thAt the clutch arm kit cost onlu Rs. 30/- What i mean to say is that The clutch cover has a internal Thread which the worm shaft sits on. That Whole internal thread seems loose for the worm shaft . When clutch is disengage it onlt seems to disengage partialy which cause reallu stiffness in the clutch lever. so Reinstalling new Clutch arm kit doesnt make any diffrence. I sud be buying new cover or rethread the internal thread. But is it possible to thread the internal? That was my point here. :)
@@Bengblok buying a new cover would be lesser hassle, if its a 5 Speed then you are looking at 2-3k at least, if its a 4 speediest under 1500
