  • This video is about how to remove the complete front end of the M4 CQB-R Next Generation Recoil Shock Series. Obviously apart from the shorter inner Barrel and outer Barrel and Flash hider the CBB-R front end is identical to the M4 Sopmod. Also the Socom M4 is removed in the same way also. So you can use thi as instruction for an M4 next gen recoil shock series, apart from the RECCE.

    My barrel was moving a little from right to left, I was able to completely dismantle the front part around the barrel, and after cleaning and reassembly, there's no more small movement ! Thank you for your help.

    PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ANSWER THIS.. Do you take the choke of and put a tracer straight in its place.??????? 😶.
    I'm struggling with finding videos on barrels and tracers????

    • @dirtydogdazza
      @dirtydogdazza Před 4 lety +1

      firstly its a flash hider not a choke, and the answer to your main question is 'yes and no'...its dependant on the tracer you buy. some tracers will come with a flash hider that fits it. Most just screw onto the outer barrel end.

      If you don’t destroy it you can put it back on but if you do wreck it a tracer with 14mm threads will work

    Question are all the front upper receiver threads the same size or dose it depend on the model?

    Eagle6 is it possible to front wire a CQBr?

  • @exodus2oo
    @exodus2oo Před 8 lety +1

    Hey Eagle6 I have a M4 CQBR and when I got it the RIS was wobbling and from 1 of your videos I figured the screws were not on tight enough.
    I have bought a LVOA rail for it and when the techs tighten the bit that was suppose to secure the outer barrel which was the cause of the wobble, it is now at an angle of maybe slightly off 90 degrees. Any idea why this would be?

    • @Eagle6Airsoft
      @Eagle6Airsoft  Před 8 lety

      Installing a custom free float rail usually has 6 screws at the base holding it on. You can over tighten screws on one side which will pull the rail to one side. Sort of why they say you should tighten the corners when fitting the nuts on a wheel on a car. So either slacken one side or tighten the other.

    • @exodus2oo
      @exodus2oo Před 8 lety

      Eagle6Airsoft Are you saying that my rail is the one that is slanted? Because even if I drop it in w/o tightening the outer barrel looks slanted. By base did you mean the barrel nut? There's no screws on the nut it self but there are 2 screws holding the LVOA rail to that nut.

    • @Eagle6Airsoft
      @Eagle6Airsoft  Před 8 lety +1

      +exodus2oo righty I've just googled the rail it looks like it threads on directly to the upper. So your going to have no adjustment off the rail. Let's assume that's straight. So are you using the original outer and ngm4-9 and ngm4-8 still ? If so the only thing dictating it's straightness will be ngm4-9 so you could try replacing that with a harder version Ie the Laylax one.

    • @exodus2oo
      @exodus2oo Před 8 lety

      Yes I am still using the original parts for those. The ngm 4-9 is the silver "U" shaped nut correct? I assume 6 sells them.
