They are not only pianists of the highest rate, but God-inspired musicians, and their perfomance is always blessing for us and glory for Him

We are never deceived by the Jussen brothers. Each time they propose something new to the listeners, it's always perfectly achieved. Taste and musicality are so wonderful that even a poor quality of recording can't avoid our enjoyment.
But they hardly ever have recordings of poor quality-especially this one here is brilliant in its direct clarity of tone and rhythm.

As always, the Jussen brothers' skills are extremely impressive! Let's give a hand to the recording engineers as well!! The recorded sound is direct and clear, yet it also captures the acoustic response of the room. Incredible work!!!!
I agree on both counts, but I fault the videography. The constant panning shots and camera movement -- completely unrelated to the music -- drive me to listen and never watch.

It is a beautiful experience to watch them perform in itself. That said, there is such depth in their exquisit performance I think.
To listen and watch these two play is an absolute joy! They are so completely in tune with one another, unison or trading places, and the motion of the hands weaving through and around one another the give and take. I am not a pianist, but can sense the life long commitment and effort in every motion . They are so talented individually that I know they could and have worked individually. I'm so thankful they continue to work together.

What most impresses me about the Jussen boys is their "memories."
I have come to the realization that finger technique is the "bottom level" of pianistic talent.
The Jussens have technique in spades!
Speaking as someone not born to "memorize" easily and had to give up any aspiration of a concert career as a result.
The Jussen boys play comfortably "without music" and do it effortlessly.
In order to "submerge oneself in the music", one needs to have the music "in the mind."
Following a score just does not allow one to fully "submerge oneself in the music".
Listening to their performance of the Mendelssohn, one can see every note is in their mind
and the "shape" of their performance is the main thrust of their performance. Bravo Lucas and Arthur!!!

Yet another amazing performance by these incredible artists! I've watched enough to wonder this: When they're not doing four-hand or two-piano pieces, does the performing brother feel that part of himself has been ripped away - and does the non-performing brother feel a kind of loss or sadness? They're so completely in tune with each other, often even in the movement of their bodies, that they might be, as one person suggests below, "one body with four hands." None of the superlatives at hand seems sufficient to describe the wonder of these young men. May they live long and prosper - and continue to give joy to their audiences.
