Hi all, in my case, In The first attempt the display show network symbol on the left down corner but I was not able to pairing with the receiver. I tried to reset but I do not know how!! Some steps are not running as it is shown on the video and in the instructions in the box.
Anybody know if it is possible to contact with a technical by phone or chat??

hi, i reinstalled the app, repaired with the fixed unit, but constantly get the offline for the wifi thermostat, what can i do?

the wireless thermostat doesn't want to pair with the fixed central unit...
