I live in a city in Canada where there is a large Indian (and South Asian) population, so there are Indian restaurants everywhere. It's literally heaven and I feel so lucky to have been exposed to this cuisine and culture over my life. It is my favourite, sometimes I eat it 3x a week lol. So happy you enjoyed!! What about Portuguese or Persian food next?

For making triangular samosa u don't need to solve pythagoras sums there's just a way of making envelops for it ..even 5 yr old can do it ..its damm easy like its taste 😃

As a French girl, I would love to see you guys cooking some French cuisine: soupe à l'oignon, cassoulet, ratatouille, quiche lorraine, salade césar, salade niçoise, or desserts like crèmes brulées, tarte tatin, crêpes, madeleines and much more... 🤤
But it's kinda hard and time consuming to make. It can also be really heavy to digest so let's just stick to good cheese, good wines and some desserts 😆

What we normally do is make a BUNCH of samosas all on one sitting- and then just freeze them! That way you can just pop them out a few at a time and defrost- bake or fry them! Much easier than making the dough and filling every time

You can use the tikka masala sauces and make chicken or tofu or shrimps and you can use that as stuffing for your samosa! And most importantly, your samosas were so pretty!!
