I feel like water Hinatas is better then it first seems since now you could bring crits to crit resistanced stages without losing out on too much damage by going with fire Milim since her team support is only -10% ult boost less then a normal ult booster.

ppl w/o raph, hinata is a mini raph to use w youm indeed on veng thats about it.. or if someone for w/e reason have veldora n no raph then also work for him for veng as well.. make a more light team veng
tho skill fusion suck, but i feel like it's their way to buff old unit.. which is better than most game where old unit just sit there to never to be touch again
