I had an amazing run yesterday by accident as I am still new to the game. I used the rail gun and these were the effects I had. Zues chain lighting, homing shots, my attack was faster,, ares dash riff that pulled enemies in, and my special was 1 big shot that could damage me. Hades had a slither of health but I died 1st

came for the hades content stayed for getting mad at that one person in chat whos like Im morally against a tip system (presumably bc it harms service workers) so therefore I will not tip but also will not do anything about the system (which harms service workers)

When I go to a restaurant and the server is forgetting stuff, etc, you can usually tell if it's because they're stupid/lazy or if it's because they're having a really fucking hard time with their day, really busy, etc. I tend to give even bigger tips when the server is obviously doing their best and nothing is going right, but if the server obviously just doesn't care, (i.e. my sister had to ask 7 times for a hot tea at a korean bbq, and the lady didn't really seem to care/wasn't remotely remorseful that she forgot *again*.) that's another thing.
That's probably the most fair way to assess it. There times when people legit dont remember or dont care and honestly in that case, not a job for them. Serving is actually far harder than people realize. I could make entire essay on amount of shit you got to do as a server. Then there times when you so busy that something slips up an unfortunately some people make big deal out of it, not realizing or not caring that if they had about 15-20 things to balance out at once and make it snappy and done in timely fashion, they likely miss a thing or two as well. Short of it, there assholes on both ends of the fence but it is ridiculous how people think. Did not get some extra sause that I wont even use? No tip for you. Imagine going to an office and forgetting to staple your papers before giving it to a boss and that costing you part of a pay check lol, those people would lose their shit if that happened.

i have done really well using hades aspect as my main "knockback" build, knockback on spin, then just keep spin-dashing at enemies and get all the poseidon boons. zeus call opens up sea storm on 1 hit privileged status. i never use the special.

I tried the mega spin build before. It didn't go too well for me, but I found out you can hit Hades through the pillar when he's shooting his lasers or attacking you! Felt so weird, but I guess it works.

Few things. Chances of someone messing with your food when you dine out are extremely small. I never seen it happen at any of my serving jobs.
I went to serving to avoid the stupid minimum wage thing. So rather stick to tips but issue is that restaurants dont protect their servers. The tip honestly should be already included and reducing it should have some reason behind it, upping it should be voluntary. I know that some will disagree but think how you would like to not get paid for your job for no reason? It's just basic human decency honestly.
The prices are already pretty rigged so making them higher would not help anyone. Trust me when I say it, it's better for everyone the way it is now. If prices were higher you do end up paying about the same you pay now with tips but you be going that extra to restaurant while server would get underpaid.

In EU we usually do it, but its not mandatory. probably because they get paid better than 2 dollars an hour, that is shocking. thats less than the children making our clothes in asia

My issue with the tipping system is that servers feel entitled to tips when many servers I know make SIGNIFICANTLY more than I do. They tell me stories about how they made $250-$300 in a night on tips, and that's like 3/4 of my weekly paycheck. In one night. I have no problem tipping, and I do my best to tip 25-50% if the server is good, but because businesses are legally required to make up the difference between minimum wage, hearing servers make this argument that "if you cant afford to tip, you can't afford to eat out" is kind of ridiculous to me. You're going to get paid, regardless, and if your employer is skimping out if you don't make up the difference, go to your local government labor agency. They'll eat them alive.
There are days where servers get paid hundreds of dollars in tips, but those are the exception. Most of the time servers don't get tipped that well unless they work somewhere high end. That volatility is also a problem whenever they have to prove their income for things like loans because banks don't see tipped income as being equal to wages
Also minimum wage is terrible, so the idea that it's ok for them just to make that due to people skimping on tips is ridiculous

more people tell me they made $200 on nights where we did that in revenue that i dont believe them at all
just because they had one good night, doesnt mean every night is a good night. not every place is the same. If you cant afford to tip, you cant afford to eat out. period.
