The best way to do PVP Hades is to have heaps of players on a server start single-player runs at the same time and at the same heat. At the end of each chapter you play against a randomly-selected other player (you might need to wait 30 seconds for someone to catch up) - only winners go on! Instead of the Hades fight there's a battle royale of whoever is left at the end.
There should be a bonus for reaching the final battle first to incentivise people to hurry to it, otherwise once people get to Styx they're just going to slack off until most of their opponents have killed each other off. There should probably be a limited amount of spaces, and maybe an extra boon or something for the first couple of people who get there first
@@PolyChromium Well if it works like this, it's basically an elimination bracket, so there's a pretty limited number of people that could possibly get there (1/8 of the total players that started on the server). Say you start with 64 players, that means only 8 will be in the battle royale, so you could conceivably just force them to wait for everyone to show up before they can start fighting. There'd also have to be a pretty harsh tight deadline, maybe even a modified one that runs on real time, but that's a reasonable way to do it imo.
Edit: you could also force a 2-sack to make the deadline more fair
The fact that this kind of mayhem is possible in this game is so cool. The developers really must love video games to provide this level of creativity in Hades, man.

So I watched this last night, and was inspired to do a Meme Beam run for the first time in awhile.
First run of the day.
-Stygian Soul
-Rare Beam right out of House
-Extra Cast from Chaos in Tartarus
-Epic Rav Will in Tartarus
-Epic Glacial Glare w/ Nectar in Asphodel
-Extra Cast from Chaos in Elysium
-Auto Reload last chamber before Heroes fight
-Put Bone Hourglass on and got Extra Cast in between biome well
-Crystal Clarity in Two Sack room
-2 sack, 7 chambers left on Cast stone, gambled and got Extra Cast AGAIN in well.
-Bad News from big Hermes in Styx Shop
So I entered Hades with a Lvl 4 Beam, Lvl 8 Epic Glare (9.8 sec per cast), 5 Casts with Stygian, Auto Reload AND Bad News.
It was fucking ridiculous.

I just got the game a few days ago and finally beat it my first time. I wanted to try a cast build and got a little lucky. Achilles spear, blade rift build with hunting blades, mirage shot, engulfing vortex and vicious cycle. I got a rare crop and it ended up making a heroic hunters mark with 94% crit chance. Tidal dash + greatest reflexes is just op.
Oh I would belive. These lasers helped me slay Hades for the first time.

Honestly with the beam build I like Mirage Shot, though it's hard to get the stars to align with that and the art/dem duo + art legendary. Glacial glare pom spam is prolyl the most reliable way to get busted beams

I only started playing hades a few weeks ago and on lowish heat. Is this sort of build actually reasonable to pull off, or is this just a super lucky high roll where the stars aligned and we visited magical Christmas land?
Nah crystal beams are strong. Use Achilles spear, pray for extra casts from chaos (because you have to do stygian soul) and force crystal clarity to appear. Glacial glare isn't that rare and is very helpful too. Even with just 1 or 2 casts, the Achilles boost + glacial glare can make it do bonkers damage

Ah, I get it it -- with the Hermes boon that restores your casts and the absurd stacking of Glare, the crystals last longer than it takes to get a cast back. That's why there were so many of them on the field at once 🤦🏻

8 vs 8 royal rumble where you have 1v1s then everyone picks a boon after the fight. you can have mini games where its either vs or co op vs monsters and demons alternative mode could be 8 vs huge bosses and/or waves of monsters for points. each god has their own unique weapons with multiple gods to pick from at the start of each run. and probably give each god 5 lives and try to knock each other out or out score them. and definitely a ladder system to show rank with the top being closest to escape hell

Hey Haelian, there is a build I thought you might like, and that I thought I would like to see someone else try.
basically, full speed into damage conversion.
the core boons you'd need to get are all from hermes, and they are. "rush delivery" "hyper sprint" and "second wind" you should do it with the feather. (to get more movement and dodge.) the aspect of zag on the sword... and I would prefer you run ruthless reflex. (to stack all your dodge and get even more damage.) you might not be able to control this, but if you can get zeus, try to get billowing strength from him, and clouded judgement... and keep an eye for either boiling point or smoldering air. (this build is a mixture of movement speed/ damage/ fast call build... the idea is to get more damage with the call and become almost invencible upon calling, and have your call rewind constantly, improving your speed and your damage further. {you might have problem controlling the movemet speed - ,-} I recomend you get persuation to try and ensure the boons from hermes... and also... try doing it with extreme measure full... and maybe tight dealine... also for fun factor, since you're using zag aspect - ,- maybe go with like piercing wave, and or cursed slash/ flury slash. (your dodge should be able to prevent you from taking damage, which should give you time to heal for instance if you took damage previously, and when you activate ruthlex reflex and have activated the call, you should be close to invencible. letting you heal.)try to save money for hermes so as to try to ensure you get him all three times, and save you rolls for him. (in case he doesn't offer one of those three boons.) hope you like the build if you haven't done it yet :v (I'm sure you've done variations, but I wondered if you had done this specific mixture -, -) if you can't get one of those boons from hermes you can try swift strike as a replacement for one. (but the mission is maximum rush delivery conversion. second wind gives you more movement than greater haste... and it also gives dodge so I considered it the overall better choice. if you have to swap something... I guess you could swap hypersprint for swift strike. {that will still combo well with cursed slash/ flurry} but try to see if you can get them all -, - {priority is rush delivery, then hyper sprint, then second wind.} hope you like the combo :v keep an eye for the zeus billowin strength second wind combo, and the clouded judgment... and the boiling point... and or smoldering.... basically anything that helps your call regeneration speed. (you could do god's favor instead of hyper sprint too, to help the regeneration, but clouded judgment does the bulk of the regeneration, along with smoldering air, so you probably don't need that one either... anyway... I'm repeating ideas too much... bye :v
