I am 14 years old and I'm using this oil since 3 weeks, it's working perfectly for my hairs. Honestly, my hair fall has reduced at high extent and also my hair has become strong and thick with increase in height. I also used more 2 oils other than castor and coconut oil while preparing.
My oil:2 tbspn kalonji and fenugreek seeds(fine powder), castor oil, almond oil, coconut oil (non-refined and not parachute or any other brand coconut oil), mustard oil; each 50 ml.
It works amazingly for my hairs. Highly recommended!!
IMPORTANT
1)Also don't forget to eat a raisins, dates,etc. dry fruits. This oil helps a lot but food stuffs which contain iron and help increase haemoglobin are very important for your hair as well as body(my haemoglobin was too low; this is also one of the reason for air damage and the other is eating a lot of fast food or junk food )
2) Comb your hair twice a day for 4-5 minutes.
3) Wash your hair twice in a week.
●Basically, I use this oil twice a week; I apply the oil a day before washing my hair(I apply the oil on Tuesdays and Saturday evenings as I wash my hair on Wednesday and Sunday respectively.(between 6:00 to 7:00 pm..do not apply the oil too late and directly sleep, doing this won't help your hair. APPLY AT LEAST 3-4 HOURS BEFORE GOING TO BED)
■ Sometimes I apply oil on Tuesday and Saturday mornings and give steam to my hair(as giving steam to hair in the evening may cause cold)
