You got one of the bad endings. That wasn't ur real family. Just another trap to keep you prisoner without realizing until it was too late. In my case my first blind playthrough. I just murdered them all for presumably killing my family. The post credit scene for that was the sight of their ships falling and the dog watching an unseen ship returning to our ruined house. Theres 5 endings to this depending on your choices and how you communicate with the aliens. Theres the two bad endings and two neutral good endings and one really good ending. But I'll let you learn those ur self. Good luck

@@guestonly1451 Very well. Spoiler warning. The first one you incounter when you are still making your way through the wall with the blue power. Eventually you will come across a small room where your "family" is sitting on the couch. You sit down and after a moment. A cutscene plays with the man being on a tiny island all alone sitting on the couch dead. That's 1st and one of the bad endings. The second one was the one you saw in this video where you talk to the aliens and they bring up the mans "house and family" the man walks in with his fake family and the following scene plays out with the house being on a very still sea completely devoid of any sign of life. It was a bad ending because even if you didn't die you would still be living a lie for the rest of your life and the human race would still be trapped in these fake realities like the matrix and your family would be all alone. The third one is the one where instead of talking to the aliens you press one any of the power buttons you use to talk to them and just hold it. It will cause an explosion and destroy them and their ship. The cutscene for that plays out with the dog sitting at the familys real house watching as all the aliens ships falling out of the sky completely defeated then the dog stands up wagging it's tail as you can hear an unseen ship approach which indicates that the man survived. Although it's not clear if his family did or not. That's why I would think this is semi good ending because even if his family didn't make it out he saved the human race from being trapped in fake realities and ended the invasion. The forth one is where you talk to the aliens and convince them to release your real family. And they do it at a cost. They bring up the fake reality prison that the mans wife and son are in and the man has to give up all of his powers to set them free. Once he does. His family is free but he dies in the last process of setting his family free so the wife goes over to him once more to mourn and their innocent son walks over to see his dad not even being aware that he'd never see his father again. The following scene shows the wife and child returning back to their recked house and the ships are still there. This I would also call a semi good ending because even though you died in the end and the human race is still at stake atleast you were able to save your family which is better then not being able to save anyone as well as your self. The 5th one last and certainly not least ending is where you have a long chat with the aliens and you make peace with them. They let you and your family leave unharmed as well as every other human they caught. The following scene plays out as the man and his family return to their house and the aliens ships depart and the scene ends with a small giggle from the wife. This is the best ending. You saved humanity as well as your family and your self. No one had to die or live a lie for the rest of their lives and you didn't have to end a bunch of other aliens to do it either. Every one goes home happy and healthy and that's the end of it. ^^

I believe there are four or five different endings? Three of them being dependent on how you talk to the orbs at the end.

woah you finished it so fast! and yeah the story made my head hurt and its really mysterious.
But from my understanding? It seems that some sort of alien tech (in form of 3 colored spheres) have crash landed on earth and got bonded/granted power to three kids/now adults that you meet: The Blue 'Water' Guy at the start, The Red 'Rock' Tanky Dude in mines and The Purple 'Energy/Electricity' Overwatch suit Lady in the end. The government found them and seems to have experimented on them, but the alien race that possesed/owned the spheres showed up (perhaps to take them back?) and the government used the Three to fight back.
And Joel/Protag just had the misfortune to meet the Blue Guy and get the powers passed on to him because BG was dying, which led to the whole memory sharing thing and then the Red Dude doing the same (I think Red might have been looking for Blue, but found Joel instead because of a power signature, thats why he was tracking you). I find it very sweet in the end when in shared memory space, on the water military base, Purple, Blue and Red had a beautiful reunion moment in the sunset (perhaps three of them spent a lot of time there together, enjoying sunsets!) before Blue and Red persuaded Purple to bond with Joel too, to give him all the powers so he could actually do something.
The whole memories Spheres sequence in the end seems to be Joel releasing the Trio from their bond with Spheres that fell on Earth, thats why they float away as humans, free of alien bonds that ensnared them when they were young (i think first girl with guitar was Purple, kid on bed was Blue and kid on bike was Red). And for some reason as the bonds snapped, the Spheres became some sort of Judge? As they rose in middle of circle of humans. How Joel communicated with them would, I guess, decided humanity's fate? Since they did basically took their tech and weaponized and experimented on them (and it also seems implied that the spheres had some sort of consciousness?) and now Joel as holder of all three powers (which seem to be killing him, or already killed him, considering) and representative of human race.
Some people said that there are several endings, depended on how that last communication sequence goes, and I guess the end that you got implied that Joel decided to sort of take an avoidance way, as he left the circle of humans and went to his home and wife. Which is sad cause it really seems that his family is most likely dead, and he just wanted to forget about everything and go home. The end image of a house sunken in water, in desolation, seem to imply a very ;( sad end.
It also makes me hope that those supposed other endings have one where Joel manages to make a united stand with humanity remnant in the alien mothership consciousness (im starting to think, when Alien Ships suck humans in, they kind of absorb and trap them?) and prove that humanity deserves a chance. Or perhaps and ending where he sends them packing with his Triple Powers. ;) that would be cool.

For those who hate wall of texts:3 different coloured spheres that belongs to the alien crashed on earth,possessed 3 kids and kids became government experiment.aliens became angry for us stealing their techs and invaded earth.the protag who found those 3 kids who are now adult,communicated with aliens using their techs to ask for another chance and the aliens left them.the end
"Blue and Red persuaded Purple to bond with Joel too" I saw that as the contrary (sort of). Purple Lady was waiting for Joel, and she got to say goodbye to her friends (or the memory of her friends), because she knew she had to sacrifice herself. A nice detail, Blue Guy was a disabled person with prosthetic legs. And yeah, there are multiple endings. But I guess by now you know. :)
I think it’s a real vs unreal type thing. Starting from when Joel woke up, it felt like his memories were being overwritten, but his powers which he took from Blue allowed him to escape. Going forward, Joel destroys his false family and pulls more and more people from the false realities using the powers he gained from the agents and when he is finally presented before the council of orbs he is given the option to stand with the people and lend them his strength or accept the false reality and go into the house.
I am also of the belief that the Blue figure in the testing memories and flashes was not Joel, but Blue (the agent who died first), this is further supported by the flashes revealed after grasping Red’s hand.

I... have no idea what is happening in this game. But I'm concerned about Scamp! I'm definitely going to need a Story Explained. Games like this make me sad - I know it's fun for ppl to come up with their own theories but I want to know what the creator (Devs) was thinking, what was the story in their minds that they put so much love and energy into bringing to life? I also can't handle the mystery aahhhh!

Did anyone notice how there were three pods for the people with powers. One was for the girl that can shoot the blue stuff. One was for the burley guy but he's dead now. And the last one was for the protagonist. The one that can control both.
didn't expect you to finish it this fast but still really cool i always love indie games like this they're pretty unique

Apparently, all those little Ball People you find throughout the game give you hints as to what to say during that final confrontation. I've not seen anyone explain how, but they teach you how to speak their language to some degree.
I saw that the orbs determine the ending, the aliens let you go back with your family on your house and they return to space or something like that not sure

Do an update on all the next fnaf animatronics and other versions of them the animatronics and different versions of them in your other animatronics explained you mostly only touched on the main animatronics and just the surface of the different versions and different animatronics you didn't really go into depth about any of them but the originals which was very disappointing I love your videos and feel you could go way deeper and further with the animatronics explained then you did they were all great videos but I'm just saying
