No sarcasm or patronising intended, there is just something genuinely sweet about the fact that you're so stoked to find a ring (well done, btw!) among the trash and lesser lovely treasure you tend to come up with, and yet your girlfriend loves to collect bottle caps so you also get to be stoked to pass that treasure on to her. I love that.

Just a suggestion, If you cut a slot in the top of your finds jar like a money box, you can drop coins in there without having to keep unscrewing the lid.
You should go to rainbow river or weeki wachee river, extremely clear water on both the springhead and rivers, also a ton of people go tubing and kayaking at rainbow river... you would find some super cool stuff for sure.
You know.. Its people like you! That give me hope. Doing what you love. And making a living off of it!! Amazing..

I just thought of the perfect proposal...Jake... When you said you had found your first ring, I got an idea. You could go to A spring, river lake or wherever, and you could find something to tie an engagement ring to... you could tie it, without your girlfriend knowing,go diving while she's with you.. get the ring from where you tied it, come back to the surface, say you found your first ring of the dive, then immediately say, " will you marry me?".......I know it seems dumb but it's an idea

You should try Wekiva Springs and Rock Springs, both are very well visited. You can even find shark's teeth in Rock Springs
Awesome man. Right by home! Love your videos. You should check out silver springs in ocala or. Homosassa fl (home of the manatee) has some beautiful waters and springs with underwater cave systems as well!

(thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn

You should get a shovel thing with smaller holes. your probably loosing valuable things that you scoop up but they fall right through the holes
