    What a treat! I live at Lincoln Park, so imagine how I felt seeing my building! I'm disabled now and can't get around much, so thank you, Look Around! I've lived and worked in Newark for many years and have wonderful memories of these places, especially going to the Opera at Newark Symphony Hall. My city has progressed and improved a thousand fold over the years, and I'm grateful - even Obama likes it here! Brick City xoxo

    The video was done from Monday to Friday as there is presence of a security guard at the federal building on Broad Street where immigration cases is mostly conducted. If this was done during the pandemic of 2020, there would be less people and transportation as shown. The yellow garbage bags are to picked up by the newly downtown district cleanup crew who have yellow uniforms. The Essex County new building was not completed. This could be 10am towards end as Liquor store on former High Street or newly MLK Jr Blvd opens 10am for law and has a delivery.. Mail trucks are out on a route.

    • @jenniferaquino1729
      @jenniferaquino1729 Před 3 lety +2

      @Trina John They show videos like this to attract the white collar workers, then the property taxes go up and you'll see that more Black & Latino people will be pushed into more dilapidated areas. I'm currently in school to become a teacher and so I can work in my community of Newark, but it just saddens me on how things are going for the benefit of the wealthy and for the citizens that have been there for decades they push them out
