What valance fabric color is that? Ivory or Gold? Also, if we have 19 people at the head table, do you recommend the 20ft long backdrop?
That fabric is our ivory color. It has a beige look. If you have one long table of 19 people you would need a 38ft backdrop (so you would round up to 40ft long). That might be too long, so you may considered a tiered head table (2 rows of tables that are 20ft long each with the back row elevated on a stage riser). If that is the case, then I would recommend a 20ft long backdrop.
Where did you bought your platform or stage to place the main table?
That was provided by the event venue.
