1. **Role**: Sanemi is one of the Hashira (Pillars), the highest-ranking members of the Demon Slayer Corps. Specifically, he holds the title of Wind Hashira.
2. **Personality**: Sanemi is known for his abrasive and hot-headed personality. He often appears harsh and ruthless, particularly towards demons and even towards some fellow Demon Slayers. Despite this, he has a strong sense of duty and a deep commitment to eradicating demons to protect humanity.
3. **Background**: Sanemi has a tragic backstory involving his family being attacked and killed by demons. This personal tragedy fuels his intense hatred for demons and his determination to destroy them.
4. **Skills and Abilities**: As the Wind Hashira, Sanemi is an exceptionally skilled swordsman. He uses the Wind Breathing technique, which allows him to unleash powerful wind-based attacks with his sword. His combat skills are among the best in the Demon Slayer Corps.
