They make for great gifts. I like using hook blades in my RUK P. I prefer the double locking lugs on the P versus the other versions, locks up really secure.
I just bought the 3 and 4th free bundle, along with the pocket clip. Looking forward to trying it out. $10 bucks for a USA made utility blade holder is pretty nice actually. Cheap doesn’t always equal value. One rule that I heard is that one should not undercharge for their work.

The problem is in most circumstances when you need a utility blade that Big you need it in a really big to handle not some cheap little plastic piece

For an extra $10 you can get the Gerber Prybrid that is not only better quality but also has much more functionality and includes a belt clip

I think you misspoke. I think you meant the RUKP. The titanium one, is a bit more expensive and the S is $20. If they have a $10 one, though I may pick a few up.

You call it the RuK-s but I believe in looking at their site it’s the ruk-p and does their pocket clip work with the ruk-p? Their site doesn’t indicate that.. curious before buying. Thx

I think I prefer the screw pop, but haven't used the ruck.
I've had way to many accidents with that one, the blade has exposed itself way too often.
If they charged $10 for all 3 I'm betting they still would make over 100% profit. Mass produced molded plastic probably less than 15¢ per unit + a utility blade prob less than 5¢ per unit.

Bit of a late reply but I did a Google search to see if anyone else was talking about the pocket clips disappearing from the website. Couldn't find any info on them, but I did find an old Facebook post from the designer saying that any aftermarket Spyderco Paramilitary 2 pocket clips will be compatible with the RUK, as long as the holes for the screws are spaced 6.8 mm apart.

I bet that knife as cheap as it is, swaps blades WAY better than my $85 tpt turd slide. I love the tpt's look and the way the blade deploys, but ive had to dig it out of my trash can after trying for 10 minutes to swap the blade. I cant throw away $85 but jesus, its such a piece of hot dog crap
When you apply pressure the blade can cut through the plastic. Buy metal ones.
....umm no...no amount of human pressure is going to make that happen. You would probably shatter the blade tip first. If you wedge it into a pipe and use multiplied force..maybe..but I doubt that is how it would break.
I wouldn't mind paying $10 for this if it came with the pocket clip, but the fact that the clip doubles the price ruins it. For $20 you can get something much better.
