It honestly is amazing how much time and effort they put into making every episode of game of thrones.
yes it is. the production is amazing. Now..if they could hire some writers instead of these 2 buffoon's writing it.
you try writing something that the original author has taken over 6 years to write in less than 1 year
CGI everything, surprised they actually bothered having makeup artists.
Without the help of CGI, imagine doing everything from scratch. How long will it take to finish the production?

I don't understand people who would say that Emilia is a bad actress. Like during a good percentage of her scenes she's just in a room surrounded by green screens and on the back of a weird thing and she has to imagine everything that is happening around her and create emotions. For instance when her dragon died, everyone criticized her play but seriously not many actors would be able to act like that, just watching a green screen and acting sad.
I truly respect her, imo she's doing a great job!
And god damn isn't she beautiful?

From what I've seen people praise her for the dragon death scene, she has gotten false criticism for other scenes. She's a fantastic actress imo, I've always loved her portrayal of Daenerys.
Emilia Clarke is a brilliant actress! You can see how bubbly & giggly she is when she's not in character but once she's in khaleesi mode boom!
Every ounce of Emilia disappears and what you see is this restrained rage inside of her almost as if she's holding back the dragon from within. The subtle movements on her face and the way she projects her self like she was a born conqueror! Damn what a fine actress!

Lena Headey is such an amazing actress! ... she brings Cersei to life in the most powerful way possible, Cersei wouldn't be the same with other actress

Ger Leg agreed and to see her development to an even darker, angrier more vile person with the death of her children and the atonement. In the beginning she was just a super bitch but now she's straight up evil. Lena heady has done an amazing job genuinely developing her character. Her reactions to so many of the tragic events were so very authentic and then the counter reaction of slowly walling up and sliding deeper into the depths of the darkness has been a pleasure to watch.
True. She really makes you hate Cersei. I say the same for the actor who played Joffrey. Arya, Sansa also had difficult journeys and the actors did a commendable job portraying them with different emotions throughout the journey.
Emilia's and Kit acting is meh imo...they just have one dimensional goody good, save-the-day type of characters, not much to explore.
She should win all the awards for her acting on GoT. The evil just oozes out of Cersei.

Directing, acting, to everything else involving film making is beyond stressful. Follow your dreams. But don't let this fool you. Acting was an aspiration of mine, but I rather just respect and appreciate actors and be a viewer instead lol.

David Cavill He killed Lysa and the drunk jester knight. He colluded in the deaths of Need Stark, Joffrey, Jon Arryn and Roz. He sent the assassin (with his knife, foolishly) after Bran. He sold out Sansa to the Boltons. He conspired with the Tyrells multiple times. He manipulated Robin, once almost to killing Yohn Royce. He worked for Arya's demise.
The attention to detail as shown here, is one of the many reasons why Game of Thrones is on a whole other level then everything else! They could run this show another 10 years and it would still be on top!

The amount of labor in one episode is just mind blowing. All those sets look amazing and realistic. So much time and effort goes into this beautiful show.
Amount of labor in just one scene. Like Peter Dinklage said the huge doors were on camera for thirty seconds and the work to create them was massive. One of the numerous reasons this epic series is so excellent.
All of this was used more than once. Jon came through the door as well as the throne room and the beach later.
Right, I am in awe.. when they talked about sending plasterers to take impressions of the rocks....I am just blown away by that type of detail.

They did paint it by hand. They were given a smaller printed version that they had to paint on to the floor. You can see it in that shot.

The folks ...ALL of them! From the people who designed the sets to the actors and such deserved so so much credit and whatever awards or gifts...i dont know but this whole project was phenomenal....i have never been so moved and enthralled with any movie or series ever! As my daughter said to me its as if each episode was a small movie....that is how much it meant to all of them....thank you all so much! ❤❤❤❤

Ryan Henneberger He didn't say he could write it better, he's just saying that since D&D can't rely on the books anymore the writing has been absolutely atrocious and inconsistent. This isn't about saying the books are better (although they are) but just comparing S5,S6,S7 to the first four seasons you can plainly see the drop of quality in WRITING, NOT the hard work put in the people who actually make the episode.

lol. So many things factor into whether or not you get out there as a writer. First you have to learn and follow rules, then you gotta break 'em with style.
Then you gotta show the right people and know the right people.
Then you've got to have success in your early stages. Then you've got to capitalize on this success by releasing something else that does everything you've done before only 10x better. You're now world famous.
And then you can write a script like Dan and Dave are doing for Game of Thrones post season-4 (and still get paid) - lacklustre, unoriginal and bland.

Before two weeks I started the show and now I finished season 8. It was an amazing experience! Diving into a whole new world with all these special characters, landscapes and castles gave me goosebumps. They created a masterpiece. Let's appreciate the effort behind the scenery, regardless of the plot.

Yeah, Avatar took a lot of effort in the same way, it's still garbage. The writing the last few seasons has been horribly lackluster. I wouldn't be bothered about anything else in the show if only they got some better writers who actually care about this story.

you know, videos like that make me so angry at all those people complaining about how bad season 7 was in their opinion. whether you like the storyline or not, you gotta acknowledge all the work and effort that was put into every episode and made them so amazing.
The cast of the whole series was so perfect their acting was so on point....the direction editing..how can everything be so perfect..

This is one of the reasons I love game of thrones. How much care and love with all the filming, this is just behind the scenes and it's a wonderful job! The performance of the characters, the effects, the places, the structures and the small details built, everything is perfect. I love got with all my heart and I hope the season 8 come soon! I can't wait!!

I love how Arya dismisses people by laughing with them, as they're laughing at her. When she told the soldiers she was going to kill the queen, and when Sansa laughed at her "list of names".

Luis Q its bc season 6 finale was unpredictable as hell. Like everythinf that happened came out of nowhere whereas the finale of this season was predictable partly due to leaks and due to the writing being rushed. Nonetheless, it was still amazin.

He is still at Castle Black / Winterfell (forgot which exactly). The producers / writers agreed that it was too expensive to have all the dragons and the direwolf (except Nymeria) so they haven't included him. I heard this somewhere.

That's truly a masterpiece. It's staggering to think about the enormous amount of work and effort behind those scenes. When I watch GoT again, I now pay more attention to the details and appreciate the decor.

How many people working, how much of work and jesus thats so beautiful to see that they really working hard and detailed for every moment of the show. It is not "weird" that they can only put mostly 10 episodes. It takes so much of time. Im so impressed and amazed and in love. I cant explain the respect i feel at this very moment.
