The Gauntlet Games - Trent Park 2017 | Race 4/5

Hey guys!!
Last weekend was the Gauntlet Games here in London!
That's Race 4/5 for Parkinson's Uk 🙌
We may have stumbled, splashed and dived through the obstacles like utter weirdos but it was a lot of fun! A big thanks to my bro for coming along and joining this one 💪It wouldn't have been as fun on my own 👊
Here's the full list of races I'm running:
Spartan Sprint | April 8th
At 5k and with 20+ obstacle courses this is (surprisingly) the shortest Spartan Sprint that they offer. It’s aimed at challenging anyone who wants to get off the sofa and see what they’re capable of.
Tough Mudder Half | April 29th
Also a 5k, but with only 13 obstacles to overcome. It’s not as hard as the full Tough Mudder (it doesn’t include the ice or the electricity - thankfully), but is set to challenge that little voice in your head that say’s “I can’t”.
Colour Run Obstacle Rush | June 10th
Another 5k, but with 20 obstacles, 8 colour stations, 25 music zones, 'colour from the sky' and much more! Ok so this isn't the most challenging course, but it'll be a good mid-ground between being a spartan and a gladiator!
The Gauntlet Games | June 24th
At 10k this is one of the longest obstacle course that I’ve signed up to- and the one that seems like the most fun! There are gladiators to steer you off course and to be honest, it looks like an extended course from total wipe out rather than a challenge in physical fitness, but we'll see!
Rough Runner | September 16th
Another 10k! This time the obstacles are inspired by all those game shows we love - Takeshi’s Castle, Wipeout, Gladiator, Ninja Warrior and more! It should be a lot of fun, and also make for quite the challenge!
