Black Horse 89inch ME BF 109G spinner backplate out of balance

can it be fixed by balancing prop , or how do you fix this

The back plate and spinner are best balanced mated together.....I drill divots out of the back plate with a drill press and add weight to it as needed. It's a tedious process checking the balance after each drill/divot ......it took me about 5hours to complete this one....
