Other Important Points
1. If you have the VIP pass, remember to purchase the discounted 10-pull from the Shop every week.
2. (based on CN) You do NOT get to choose what card you want to rate-up on rerun event banners.
3. Ultimates CANNOT crit, so make sure to use the crit rate/dmg increase skills after you ult (or when your energy bar is low).
4. The illustration for the Lars card you choose at the very beginning is permanent, and the other version CANNOT be unlocked later.
5. There is a Timer feature in Date, as well as an Alarm ("Reminder") feature. You can access these at the bottom right corner. If you use the Timer for 30+ minutes daily for 21 consecutive days, you will unlock an avatar frame.

emotion - increases ult charge rate
color - increases ult dmg
design - increases healing effect

for illustras, i don't make tier lists, but the closest i get to them are my SSR planning guides on my Notion site, where i write short blurbs about the strengths/weaknesses of current SSRs and SSRs soon to be released (so it contains card spoilers). i highlight and categorize the stronger illustras, so you can take a look at that if you're interested.
how do you have 32 sketch bubbles? I always only have like 1-6?

i would say yes! the Lars bday event is just about to start (tomorrow), and the event after that ("Midnight Epilogue") has recently been announced. there'd be a buffer period between now and Midnight Epilogue to save your pulls (i wouldn't recommend pulling on the bday banner).
How can i unlock the normal event banner ;-;? Im stuck with the standard banner
there's currently no event/event banner going on; the next event is "Mystery" which starts on the 17th/18th depending on your timezone
